Exchange

We offer exchanges on all our products. Please note that it needs to be in pristine condition.
Exchange is limited to once per order. If an order has been exchanged once, the exchanged item cannot be exchanged again.
All exchanged items must be unused, unaltered, and returned with original packaging.
Packages that don't fulfil the above conditions will be rejected in QC and returned to the customer.
We do not offer Returns as we aim at being transparent and providing the best product to you.

Shiddat endeavours to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. While we believe in selling premium quality for all our products, we understand that quality and style are personal to individuals and not everyone prefers the same style and fit, hence at Shiddat , we provide product exchanges. You are required to apply for exchange via emailing us on Shiddat.Sharmila@gmail.com within 48 hrs of receiving the package.
